Important Information regarding our housing stock:
Glen Oaks Housing Association have housing stock in Arden, Darnley, Pollok and Regents Park. Our largest turnover continues to be in Arden tenemental stock, meaning applicants often receive offers more quickly in this area than in our lower-turnover areas.
Although we do have house type and newer-build homes within our stock, these become available far less often. When they do, applicants usually wait significantly longer for an offer. Therefore, if you choose only house type properties or low turnover areas only, you should expect a much longer wait—if we are able to offer you housing at all.
